Staff directory & roles
Add each team member with their role - Manager, Cashier, Waiter, Chef, or Delivery. Role presets automatically set what each person can and cannot see.
Per-role permissions
Waiters see tables and billing but not reports or khata. Chefs see KDS and menu but not finances. Owners control exactly what each role can access.
App logins per staff (up to 10)
Each staff member logs in with their own phone number. They see only what their role allows. No shared passwords, no accidental access.
Attendance check-in / out
Staff check in when their shift starts and out when it ends. You see a live attendance view and a full history for any date range.
Leave management
Staff apply for leave from the app. You approve or reject. Track casual, sick, and planned leaves against each person's balance.
Payroll
Set monthly salary per staff member. Pandue calculates the payable amount based on attendance and leave - no manual deduction arithmetic.

Common questions
Can a staff member see my Khata and reports?
No. Finances (Khata, Reports) are owner-only by default. You can grant them manually, but the presets protect them.
What if I have more than 10 staff?
Up to 10 active logins are included. If you need more, contact us - we can accommodate larger teams.
Does payroll integrate with any accounting software?
Not currently. Payroll is calculated and stored inside Pandue. CSV export coming soon.
