1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Pandue ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Pandue is a billing, Khata, and shop management application designed for small businesses in India. The App is provided by In91d ("we", "us", or "our"). Features vary across the Basic (free), POS+, Online, and All In plans.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with any third party.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Pandue only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the App to store fraudulent transaction data, impersonate another person or business, attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App, or violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations including the GST Act and the Information Technology Act.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans (POS+, Online, All In) are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice. Founding offer and growth offer discounts apply only to eligible users as specified at the time of sign-up.
6. Data Ownership
All business data you create in Pandue — customers, transactions, Khata entries — belongs entirely to you. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than operating the App. On the Basic and POS+ plans, data is stored locally on your device only. On the Online plan, data is additionally backed up to our secure cloud infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
The Pandue name, logo, design, and software are owned by In91d and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal or business use.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Pandue is a management tool and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with your GST and other regulatory obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, In91d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of revenue or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data export is available before termination on request.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via the App or email.
